Description

This premium quality print of my original Orange Tipped Butterfly illustration is open edition but signed by myself.

It is printed on premium 250gsm recycled stock. The original illustration is made up entirely of dots and these prints are highly detailed. The prints are 210mm x 297mm and look lovely in black or white frames! Please bear in mind colours may differ slightly from your screen!

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Occasionally it is unfortunate that orders can get lost in transit, which is annoying for both of us! If there is a long delay in you receiving your order and you think it might be lost please be patient, send me a message and I will do my best to solve the issue, a refund or replacement can be arranged! If you opt for a refund, please note that I will only refund the cost of your item(s) and not the cost of postage, unless you paid via Etsy Payments, in which case you will be eligable for a refund of the original postage costs to you, too.

Any return postage cost must be covered by the buyer.

EU buyers, by law, you have 14 days to request a refund/return and I will refund the amount back to you account after the item arrives back at my studio in sale-able condition.

I do not offer refunds for t-shirts that don't fit. If you are unsure about sizes please send me a message and I can send you a size chart and garment measurements to help you make a decision 😊

Shipping policies

Orders of prints will either be sent flat in a strong card backed envelope or in a tube depending on the size and where you live!

I post orders twice a week. However, If you need something sooner please let me know and I will see what I can do!

I am not responsible for any additional charges after I have posted your order - customs etc.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct. If you realise that you have sent me an incorrect delivery address, please contact me immediately to amend it. If I notice that your address has an obvious error, or if there is some missing I will double check it before I send your order but if your mistake isn't clear and you don't contact me before your order is posted, I am unable to offer a refund or a replacement.
