What are the differences between the products in your shop?

I offer personalized services as well as planners and other digital downloads. Everything in my shop is my own original work and content. Anything with an orange graphic is a service. These services are custom tailored to your shop. If you would like to see a sample of any of my work, just ask!

Do you offer custom services?

Yes. From consulting to writing to custom plans, just send me an Etsy conversation indicating what you are struggling with and I will respond with a no-obligation quote.

I agree, everyone is an expert these days :) With 20+ years experience in marketing, product research & development, plus a business degree, I have also been entrenched in the e-commerce world since 2012 through my blog, Attention Getting Marketing and my consulting services. I know what it is like to have an Etsy shop because that is what this is! I also sell or have sold on Amazon, Shopify, Gumroad and Selz. But I always encourage people to first read my blog so you can see the type of advice I give. It is not the same old, same old. I pride myself on being innovative and creative, and I have helped thousands of clients to date.

Where is my download?

Etsy, not the seller, sends out all digital downloads. If you do not receive yours, first check your spam. A second copy is also put in your Purchases folder here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you still cannot find it, kindly send me a message & I’ll send it to you. Please do not send me a message in all caps & several exclamation points as if you're yelling at me, or call me a cheat or a scam artist or any of the other abuse hurled at Etsy sellers on a daily basis. I'm a long-time seller, a Star Seller & a respected blogger, so obviously I’m not out to scam you. There are rules about how you can speak to sellers, so any rude, disrespectful or abusive messages will be reported to Etsy Trust & Safety. Thank you for understanding.

TO OTHER SELLERS: DO NOT STEAL!

It is sad that I have to say this, but DO NOT STEAL my material, content, designs or product names, not even one page. I have a copyright lawyer in the family, so all of my work is copyrighted. I have successfully shut down over 25 businesses in the last 10 years that tried to steal from me. You cannot hide, as your products will show up in my Etsy feed and my customers will also turn you in to me when they see repetitive material of mine. I have been doing this a long time, everything in my shop is my own original work. DO YOUR OWN WORK! Sorry for the harsh message, but this has been incredibly frustrating.

Can I resell your products?

The answer is NO. NONE of my products are for resale. They are all copyright protected and are for personal use ONLY. If you try to resell, I will file a copyright infringement with Etsy and have them taken down.
