My processing time is 4 to 8 business days depending on when you place your order vs when I am in my studio. Because of this items placed on the weekend are more likely to be processed sooner. You will then select your shipping method at checkout to determine the full time it will take to receive your item.

Often times the USPS tracking system can be unreliable, I suggest waiting 2 to 3 more days before reporting it missing. If you are able to get confirmation from USPS that your item has been lost in transit please contact Etsy Support.

All of my keys have already been created and once an order is placed I add the personalization. I am able to create custom key designs, but because I will need to order new material to create them there needs to be a 10 key minimum purchase per color for the large keys and 20 key minimum purchase per color for the smaller keys. I also charge $20 with edits for creating the new design. Message me if interested!
