What type of image will you need of my logo?

We will need a black and white image of your logo in a high resolution format such as PDF, AI, EPS,or JPG.

I don't see the hat I would like in your shop. Can you find it?

We'll do our best! There are so many hats out there that we can't offer each and every one in our shop. We will do our best to find the hat of your choice, then create a custom order form for you to make your purchase.

Can you complete my order in under 2 weeks?

We can accommodate rush orders for an additional charge if: 1) The hat(s) you would like are in stock 2) Your artwork is submitted in the correct format (We also offer design services for $60/hr) 3) Your patch has been approved for production
