Returns and exchange details

ALL items in our shop are custom and we mave made them to your desigher, we do not do a refund unless we have misspelled something on your item, wrong color or size on our part. But even thst being said if there is time we would rather make you a new one first

Shipping policies

Custom orders take time so please allow 2 weeks production before the ship time. From the month of Mid October till the end of December please allow up to 3 weeks production before the item is shipped.

We do our best to get your order to you in that time frame but things come up. If you have a problem with this time please send a conversation to us to try to fix the problem.
