We know how excited you are to receive your package, so one of our top priorities is to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. If your order is placed before noon Pacific time, we do our best to ship it on the same day. If it's placed after 12pm, or on the weekend, we ship it the next business day.

If you have time constraints and need your package by a certain date, please get in touch with us and we will let you know what the estimated delivery times are during Covid.

We also offer overnight shipping anywhere in North America with Express Shipping. You will see the upgrade on the checkout page with the rate for your area.

Our jewelry comes beautifully packaged in our signature jewelry boxes, ready for gifting or keeping! You can see a picture of our packaging in the photos at the end of each listing. We don't place the invoice in the box in case the item is a gift - we email it to you when you place your order.

If you would like to add a special note, please write it at checkout and we will happily handwrite it and place it in the box for you. Please keep it short as the cards are quite small.

If you are ordering more than one piece of jewelry and would like to keep packaging waste to a minimum, please leave us a note on the checkout page and we will consolidate your order in one box.

The most accurate way to measure your finger is by visiting a jewelry store and having them professionally measure it for your.

If that is not an option, another great way to determine your ring size is to use our printable ring size guide at the link below. All you have to do is set your printer to 100% or Actual Size (not fit to page), then follow the instructions on the page.

You can also use our guide to determine your ring size if you already have an existing ring that fits you well. All you have to do is place the ring over the circles on the bottom of the page, and match the inside edge of the ring to the nearest circle. If a ring falls between two sizes, it's better to order the larger size.

To prolong the life of your jewelry, a little love will go a long way! We recommend removing your jewelry before going to bed and before participating in physical activity.

Exposure to harsh chemicals, including strong soaps, perspiration, moisturizers, and perfumes should also be avoided.

Store your jewelry away from moisture, in an airtight jewelry box or preferably in a small ziploc bag and the box it came in. Keeping your jewelry away from moisture and oxygen will help prevent it from oxidizing over time.

As with any jewelry, special care should be followed to keep your pieces looking their best for a long time.

At Trove, we only use quality materials that will not turn your skin green or cause any discoloration. All of our jewelry is made with solid 925 Sterling Silver and we finish them with either rhodium for extra shine and durability, or a thick layer of gold or rose gold Vermeil for a lasting finish.

All of our Sterling Silver pieces have the hallmark "925" stamped on them, meaning that they are certified Sterling Silver.

Jewelry that cause skin discoloration is often 'Fashion Jewelry' made with a high copper or nickel content, or an inexpensive alloy.

Sterling Silver is a precious metal that is both hypoallergenic and safe against the skin. Unlike gold-fill jewelry, our pieces are made with precious metals all the way through.

If an item from us is not quite the right size and you need to exchange it or return it, we will gladly help with the process. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item (s), and we will send you our easy step-by-step instructions.

Please note the following:

- Items must be returned in new, clean and unused condition, and in their original packaging. Items are subject to inspection upon their return.

- All sale items, earrings and custom orders are final sale.

- Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

Trove & Co. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been worn, not in original condition or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return.

International shipping outside of North America usually takes 5 to 30 business days with standard shipping, and may take up to 45 business days depending on country.

Although most packages are delivered on time, on rare cases they may be held by customs for up to 7 weeks. For all cases of delay by shipping carriers please understand that when a package leaves our studio, it's out of our control.

We also offer faster shipping with DExpress Shipping. Please contact us for rates as they vary from from country to country. If your package is time sensitive, we highly recommend going with Express Shipping instead of standard mail service.

CANADA:

To keep the shipping costs as low as possible for our Canadian customers, the standard shipping option doesn't include tracking. If you need tracking, please select one of the listed upgrades on the checkout page, either with Canada Post or with Express Shipping.

USA:

All orders to the United States include tracking, and you will see the options on the checkout page. We can ship your package either with USPS or with Express, and you will see the pricing and the estimated delivery dates listed.

All other countries:

All international orders outside of North America are shipped via Canada Post or Express depending on the option selected on the checkout page. Tracking is provided to most countries in Europe, Asia and Australia.

Absolutely! We get deep discounted rates with Express Shipping and can arrange for packages to be delivered in 1-2 days anywhere in North America, and 3-5 days to all other countries. When you are on the checkout page, you will see all the shipping options available.

If you decide to go with Express Shipping, please send us your phone number so we can include it on the shipping label for the driver. You can leave it in the note section on the checkout page, or send it to us in messages after you place you order.

Since many of our rings are only available in full sizes, we suggest you size up and ask us to include some ring adjusters in your package for you. If you are not familiar with them, they are made of clear rubber, and roll on the base of your ring to help with the fit. They are very comfortable to wear too! Just leave us a note at check out, and we will be happy to include a selection for you.
