The processing time does not include the shipping time. Orders are shipped via USPS. US orders normally take 3-5 business days. International orders generally take 2 weeks to deliver but may take up to a month. For time-sensitive orders, please purchase priority shipping.

NO, our jewelry is not for children. There are small components and beads that can come loose and become a choking hazard. In addition, the materials have not been tested for children's use and may not meet the standard for children's jewelry.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Personalized jewelry, custom orders, and earrings (health/hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please message us first for prior authorization.

All items being returned MUST be in their unused original condition and returned in the original packaging and gift box. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds (minus the original shipping) will be issued after the items are received and inspected.

Bulk bridesmaid orders (excluding custom-made & personalized) may be returned with prior authorization but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not include the original shipping fee and return shipping will be buyer's responsibility.

14" - Wraps around the neck like a choker. May be too small for most adult women.

16" - Falls around the collarbone. Will fit loosely for petite women and more like a choker for plus-size women.

17" - The standard necklace length in our shop.

18" - Popular necklace length for women. Falls right at the collarbone.

20" - Below the collarbone.

22" - At or above the upper bust.

HOW TO MEASURE

For the best fit, use a measuring tape or a piece of string.

Wrap tightly around the spot on your wrist where you would wear the bracelet. If using a piece of string, mark where the two ends meet.

Measure the length with a ruler. Add 0.25 - 1" to your measured wrist size to get your bracelet size.

7 - 7.5" is the standard bracelet size for women. However, petite women will most likely need a smaller size, while plus-sized women may need a larger size.

Pure silver is 99.9% silver and is very malleable, which can be too soft for delicate jewelry. As a result, it is often mixed with other metals to make it more durable. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. The other 7.5% is usually made of copper or other metals.

Sterling silver can tarnish with time, but can easily be cleaned with a sterling silver jewelry cleaner. You can also use a natural method without the use of harsh chemicals.
To do this, you will need: 1 cup of boiled hot water, 1 Tablespoon of baking soda and 1 piece of aluminum foil.
Before you start, make sure to remove any pendants, such as gemstones, pearls, etc.

1. Place the aluminum foil in a small bowl. Add baking soda and pour the hot water in.
2. Drop the jewelry in and gently stir so that the jewelry touches the aluminum foil.
3. When clean, rinse with warm water and dry completely.

International orders may be subject to customs/import duties, fees, or taxes. The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and paying these fees, so please be aware of your countries customs tax policy.

All orders come with a tracking number. Please keep track of your package for the delivery date. In some cases, you may need to visit the post office to pay and claim your package.
