The Ramen Poster 2.0 will introduce 42 ramen recipes that will blow your mind with more variety of must-try ramen in Japan!

"Ramen is everywhere because ramen can be eaten with pretty much anything and in any style but more importantly because ramen is almost always delicious. Designer Fanny Cheuk Chu previously made a poster that detailed 25 different varieties of ramen but is back with a bigger and better version that includes 42 styles of ramen now... You will want to eat them all. Or at least I do." Casey C.

"There’s hardly anyone knowing the word ramen who hasn’t tried the instant version at least once in their lives. What can be found on the the 24×36 inch Ramen Poster Jumbo, though, is an entirely new world! In total, 42 ramen varieties and recipes grace the beautifully designed poster that doesn’t only make for a wonderful piece of unique art but showcases dozens of ramen specialties." -Pamela D.

"If you are now or recently were a college student, then you understand the importance of ramen noodles in your life — and as someone who fits this description, I'm so excited to tell you about this new poster that lists 42 different kinds of ramen. That's right, 42." -Dasha F.

"(As Fanny suggested,) A trip to Japan to eat 42 types of ramen sounds like a great idea." -Jenn Harris

What makes a bowl of ramen delicious-looking is the beautiful presentation of the bowl, broth, noodle, and toppings that are carefully made and arranged by the chef. This is how designer Fanny Chu wanted this project to be presented: a poster full of tasty ramen that we all wanted to take a bite right away!

The Ramen Poster also has its educational part. There are lists of common broth, sauce, and toppings that are used for each regional recipes or a particular ramen dish.

While different parts of Japan have their own proud recipes, this poster too. For example, in Yamagata, the local specialty cold ramen is very popular. (even in Winter) Sometimes, there are even ice cubes in the beef broth to keep it cold.

Other than introducing regional recipes, it's essential to mention popular dishes like "Yakisoba." Although the name is suggesting the noodle dish to be a buckwheat soba noodles, it is not common to use soba noodles for this recipe. Instead, noodles made with wheat flour or ramen noodles are typically used to make this delicious stir-fried noodle dish!

Spicy (Red Border)
A background with spicy chili ramen is what makes this poster exciting! Contrast of red chili oil with tasty colorful ingredients make this poster more attractive. (and definitely make us all very hungry for a bowl of ramen now!)

Mt. Fuji (Gray Back)
It was inspired by Hakone, an onsen heaven with beautiful scenery of the Mount Fuji!

The Ramen Poster 2.0 comes in one size, 24x36 inch. It will be printed on a 10pt. cover with gloss finish.
