Description

Greetings, and thank you for visiting my page. I am Vince Ornato, an artist from Pittsburgh. Your family and friends will enjoy a slice of Pittsburgh's history with this archival quality giclee print, on fine art paper, of my oil painting, "Bless the Ironwork." The intention is to get the feeling of height, and risk, as if the building is being constructed atop
Mt. Washington, overlooking the city. It will last generations without fading, yellowing or discoloring in any way. Typically, I sell this piece in art shows and galleries for up to $150.00. Each print is signed by me, and is sized to frame and mat at 16x20.

As a native of Pittsburgh, and former ironworker, I was on dozens of construction jobs and inside lots of factories. I remember the smells, the sweat, the noise and yes, the back aches. I see my art as a tribute to the workers and families who built Pittsburgh, the tri-state area of Western PA and America. Pittsburgh is the city that built the world! You will find film clips of me, under my name, on YouTube.

Please give me a "Review" of my work on this site. This greatly helps increase traffic here.

Please "Like" my Facebook page, "Pittsburgh Paintings and Prints." You can also find my Bethel Park Television Show, "The Creative Process by Vince Ornato" on YouTube, in which we cover the process of various art related topics. Please "Share" in any way possible, and reviews are appreciated.
