Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details

Once the item has been shipped to the buyer (in other words, its no longer in my possession), I will not offer a refund except for the reasons listed below:

Damaged product: If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please private message me before giving a negative review and provide a detailed photo of the damage done to your product and I will replace the item asap at no extra cost!

Lost package: I have no way of knowing if that's actually true, so please be honest! If reasonable time has passed and you still haven't received your product, I will send out another. I will not refund payments for lost items.

Incorrect shipping address: I am not responsible for shipping addresses that are submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned due to an incorrect address which then needs to be reshipped, there is a $5 reshipment fee plus the cost of re-shipping.


Faulty garment, print issue, or wrong size sent: I will re-issue free of charge if notified within 7 days of the garment being received by the client.

When notifying of a faulty garment, a photograph of the issue will need to be provided for review.

Incorrect shipping address: I am not responsible for shipping addresses that are submitted incorrectly which then results in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned due to an incorrect address, there is a $5 reshipment fee plus the cost of the new shipping.

Delivery delays: I am not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays or lost packages. If you are worried about packages being lost in shipment. We will provide a tracking number at dispatch. It is the client’s responsibility to track down parcels or contact local postal offices to locate any delayed or lost parcels.

Size exchanges or general returns: If a customer requests an exchange a client must resubmit and pay for this order. I will keep all returned exchange items and re-use where possible to fulfill future customer orders. Clients must pay for the shipping to return the product for a size exchange. An inventory of all exchanged items will be kept with me.

Shipping policies

Shipping differs from item to item. I ship First Class on all my products, to keep shipping costs down to the minimum. Part of the cost of all shipping prices includes the packaging.

If for some reason you want it shipped faster, message me privately and I'll be happy to adjust the price for you and get you your geek swag faster! Some of my listings have this as an option already, but if not, feel free to let me know.

You will need to have a method of payment for faster shipping (Google Wallet, PayPal, etc.), or I can create a special shipping upgrade listing for you. Just ask!

Additional policies

When you buy my purchased art, please link back to my Etsy or website as credit. It just helps let others know where you got your geek swag from. ;) Free use of my art such as desktop wallpapers or phone backgrounds is totally fine by me, no permission needed. ;)


I try to provide a few business cards with each order, it would do me a great service if you can share those with your friends and family, especially if they ask where you bought that geek swag from. ;)


I offer free autographs on my prints! Just ask!


Artist trades! YES I do them! If you have an Etsy shop with some cool stuff, I can do a trade for something of equal value (if its something I'm interested in). Just let me know, we'll work something out!
