SHIPPING:

All parcels are shipped out using Canada Post's regular service. It is very reliable, but it isn't guaranteed. For this reason, I have given you the choice to upgrade your shipping to an Expedited Parcel Service, as it will give you a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. The choice is all up to you.

Should want to skip this guaranteed delivery service and opt to save on shipping, you will assume partial responsibility, should your parcel not arrive or go missing. I will do what I can to resolve the issue and to ensure that, every shopping experience you have in my shop, is a good one.

DELIVERY TIME:

If you live in Quebec, Canada Post's delivery time is between 2-5 days. Outside of Quebec - rest of Canada, shipments might take 6-10 days.

If you live in the USA, delivery time is slightly delayed, due to customs, but usually, all parcels should arrive safely, within 14 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Should you live outside of Canada and the USA, please message me for a shipping quote, as International shipping rates vary, from one destination to the other.
