Vinyl Welcome Mirror decal.

MIRROR/FRAME, FLOWERS & STAND ARE NOT INCLUDED.

This listing is for the vinyl decal which you will apply to your mirror or wall. Shown in white vinyl but many color choices available. Several size options available to choose from. Custom sizes can also be done. Just ask.

Decals are pretty easy to apply and an instruction sheet is included with each order. Larger sizes (over 12") are cut on more than one sheet to allow for easier application. MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES. PLEASE CONVERT YOUR MEASUREMENTS TO INCHES IF USING THE METRIC SYSTEM.

WHEN ORDERING please be sure to put the following in the "add a note" box before checking out:

1. Your Mirror's measurements (in inches)
2. Names, date and/or hashtag
3. Custom wording if requesting changes
4. Layout direction (horizontal or vertical) - see 5th picture.
5. Your mirror's shape (if not a traditional rectangle)
6. Date needed. Most items are completed within 3-4 weeks however during the busy wedding season (March - October) it can take 4-6 weeks.

Once your order is placed an ESTIMATED ship date will be generated. If needed sooner than our estimated time line, please adhere to the following shipping/processing guidelines:
1-2 weeks - Rush shipping/processing is needed for all items.
2-3 weeks- Priority shipping/processing is needed for personalized items.

Digital proofs are sent for approval before each order is completed.

We will NOT be responsible for incorrect measurements or layouts.

Decals are easy to apply and an instruction sheet is included. An applicator tool is NOT included, however you do NOT need any specific tools to apply the decal. Any hard object such as a bone folder, ruler or credit card will work.

It is STRONGLY recommended that you purchase a mirror BEFORE purchasing the decal. My Sentiments will NOT be responsible for incorrect sizes/mirror measurements. Please be sure to measure the mirror's display area not including any framed/beveled edges or curved areas. If your mirror is not rectangle please specify the shape in the "add a note" box BEFORE checking out. Sending a message with a picture of the mirror will also help us to create the correct size.

Decals are for decorative purposes only and are NOT recommended for direct contact with food. Prolonged exposure to heat and water is not recommended. Decals are not dish washer safe. Hand washing is strongly recommended for products with vinyl decals. NOT FOR USE ON FABRIC.

Decals are not recommended for prolonged exposure to water/moisture. Decals are guaranteed to last up to 2 years after application if kept dry and clean.

Items being shipped outside of the US may be subjected to VAT, taxes or postal handling fees. You, the buyer, will be responsible for any fees levied by your country's customs/mail department. My Sentiments will not refund these charges or orders returned for failure to pay these fees.

If you need your item by a specific date, please message us to ensure this item can be completed and shipped in time for your event. You will be responsible for all rush shipping fees.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are subject to USPS delivery and thus are NOT guaranteed. Time in transit (once shipped) vary depending on your location. Estimations of delivery times (once shipped) within the US can range from 1-2 days or as much as 3 weeks depending on location, weather, holidays and other factors beyond our control. International shipping has NO guaranteed delivery time and can range from 6-10 days or 3-4 weeks depending on destination country and customs processing. Please keep your event date in mind when ordering. If ordering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away you may need to upgrade to rush shipping. Please inquire about rush shipping options and item availability if needed sooner than 3 weeks.

USPS failures are not the fault of My Sentiments or a reflection of our level of dedication to our customers. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure the address on your Etsy account is correct BEFORE purchasing or indicate shipping address in the notes box before checking out. MY SENTIMENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO BUYER'S ERROR. Refunds will NOT be issued for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, undeliverable locations, closed businesses, packages not picked up from post office, etc.

IF AN ITEM IS UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR OTHER BUYER ERRORS, SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE CHARGED IN ORDER TO HAVE THE ITEM RESENT.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items that are custom made with personalized information such as names, dates, initials, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged.

* I do not buy and stock materials in bulk. I custom make each item and they require many hours of work and time. For this reason, I can not offer bulk discounts.
