Free shipping for all orders, meaning that the shipping is included in the price. All international and domestic orders are shipped through Cyprus Post, registered air/mail service and tracking number, packed in a bubble envelope. I use registered mail service to insure the order and also to have the option to track it down on its way to you. You are going to get notified when your registered has arrived and you can collect it accordingly. This service requires signature.

Returns:
You can claim return within 14 days from the delivery date. Jewelry must be returned in their original condition and packed in the original packaging. The shipping fee of the returned item is on customer and it must have a tracking number (proof of sending). No refund will be issued until the item has been delivered back to me.

Damage upon delivery:
You must notify me immediately and you can claim replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery. I will need a picture of the damaged item immediately.

Delayed Items:
If you don't receive your item in the estimated delivery time, contact me and your local post office with the tracking number. They should be able to locate your package.

If you don't receive your order in the given time of 30 business days, please contact me.

I will need to send an inquiry for your tracking number with Cyprus post. The post will investigate and will get back to us with the result. This procedure might take up to 2 weeks but their answer will be final.

No refunds or replacements will be given until Cyprus Post declare the item as lost. There are times that items get stuck at transit points and with the investigation they might locate them and forward them. There is always proof of delivery as all packages are send with registered mail and they are insured.

If an item is left unclaimed, it will return back to me approx. within 2-3 months and there will be tracking updates.

All free shipping orders are send with registered service and this service requires signature by the recipient. When the item arrives at the destination post office, they're going to notify you to go and collect it accordingly. If you miss their time frame deadline, they'll return the item back to me - the sender.

When I receive the order back, I can re-send it. Re-shipping fees will occur and this time will be on you. I"ll also need a confirmation of the shipping address.

Packages sent with courier services will not be returned to sender but destroyed in the country of destination. Unclaimed orders can't be refunded.

Clay Jewelry Care:
Handmade Clay Jewelry must be treated with care and caution. The clay used is durable but not unbreakable. Pay special attention not to expose the clay and metals to liquids and perfumes. Avoid washing them or splash soaps or waters, bumping, bending and dropping them. Please remove them during shower, exercise or bathing at the beach. It is preferable to store them away from dust and kids. This way, you are going to enjoy them longer.

Clay Jewelry Cleaning:
If you want to clean your clay jewelry from make-up and dust, you can easily wipe the surface with a slightly wet cloth or a tissue paper, gently.

Handmade metal and wiring jewelry must be treated with love and care. Pay special attention not to expose the metals to liquids and perfumes. Remove them before you shower, swim or exercise. Avoid washing them, bathing with them or splash soaps or waters on them. It is preferable to store them away from dust and kids.

Metal Jewelry Cleaning:
If you want to clean metal (silver/gold/copper/antique colored, plated, filled and brass, iron) jewelry, you can easily wipe the surface with a dry cloth or tissue paper, gently. You can clean the stones gently with a slightly wet cloth or a tissue paper but be cautious not to wet the metallic components. Only Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel metals do not tarnish but they might darken with the use.

Wrapping and Packaging:
All the orders are wrapped in beautiful packaging ready to be given as gifts. At extra cost, this can be gift-wrapped in green tissue paper and put in a colorful paper bag. You can add extra gift wrap in cart before checkout.

Materials:
I use materials from the local and International supply market. I' m not responsible for any inaccuracies concerning stone names and metal specifications or properties. I always mention in the product description what is written on the pack of the materials used. The metals I use are all nickel and lead free and within E.U regulations.

• 925 Sterling Silver wire which oxidizes with time

• Silver filled wire is made by bonding a thick layer of sterling silver over a core of copper. Far superior wire, it will not flake as the silver is bonded to the copper core. It's finished with an anti-tarnish coating to preserve the luster of the silver.

• Silver/Gold plated non tarnish wires have a microscopic layer or precious metal on top of a base copper core. The coating is thin and it is coated with a tarnish resistant coating which dramatically slows down the tarnishing process.

• Colored wire is a copper based wire with a ‘permanent’ color coating which is enamel, coated with a layer of nylon. Its color can easily get damaged or flake.

• Copper wire which oxidizes with time
