Description

TIME FOR TEA!
This Stained Glass Tea Cup is handmade in Fife, Scotland. It is absolutely unique. The glass is hand cut by me, wrapped in copper foil, assembled and finally soldered together using a soldering iron.

The colours of and textures of the glass I have chosen, I think, compliment each other - mauve, pink and pale blues. The glass also sometimes has teeny bubbles encased in it - a natural feature of the process of glass creation. The pink glass has wisps of magenta flowing through and the blue glass has a flower pattern.
Carefully placed against a window with the sun shining through, this Stained Glass Tea Cup will lighten up any room. It has hints of vintage, shabby chic and fits well with the retro fashion of the moment.

I have more glass and also handmade Lino Prints and Etchings in my shop - please feel free to browse!
