Description

Cross stitch instructions - A6 xstitch manual - beginner cross stitch book - cross stitch accessory - simple cross stitch guide - how to

Learning cross stitch from a basic set of instructions squeezed into the bottom of a pattern can be difficult. Sometimes the tiny diagrams aren't enough to give you a good understanding of what it is you are supposed to be doing.

I created this cross stitch instruction manual with the newcomer in mind. It takes you step by step with full colour photographs of how to cross stitch, how to back stitch, & gives the basics of keeping the back of your pattern neat, along with lots of tips to make your cross stitch journey more enjoyable. Everything you need to get on your way & start learning the parts that will only come with experience.

Perfect for the beginner, I have had some great feedback from people who have tried to learn cross stitch previously & found other instructions difficult to follow. This is written in a light, positive & encouraging style designed to get you on your way as quickly as possible.

It is A6 in size (approx 11 cm wide & 15 cm high), small enough to pop in your project bag & has 36 pages in total. It is printed in full colour on 130 gsm paper.

It is £3.50 + P&P if you choose to purchase it on its own but only £2.00 & no extra P&P when purchased with one of my fun beginner cross stitch kits. If you want this second option, don't add the book here, instead choose the option 'w/book' when you add your favourite kit to your cart. You can browse these kits by following this link:

FAQs

As a general rule I always provide more thread than you will need to complete each kit, but sometimes we make mistakes counting or stitching or thread coverage & can use up all of the extra that Stitched provides.

If this is the case please get in contact with me. In most cases I will be happy to send out more.

I do reserve the right make a decision on a case by case basis but I have never had the need to say no in the past.

I want everyone to be able to enjoy cross stitch & certainly don't want a beginner put off cross stitching by them not being able to finish a piece as they need one more length of floss.
