Wrong address:
I ship your items to the address provided to me on ETSY. Please, double check that you have entered the correct address. If any changes need to be made, please contact me IMMEDIATELY.

Missing /Delayed Packages:
We will take responsibility for production time but are unable to guarantee shipping time after an order has been shipped out. For all cases of delayed delivery time, we are unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for all orders will not be accepted.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, USPS takes over the responsibility to deliver that order. In all cases that an order is already marked as "delivered", we are not responsible for any LOST/ DAMAGED packages.

I recommend avoiding direct contact with water and cosmetics (perfume, lotions, soap) If this still happened, rinse in running water and dry with a paper towel.
I also recommend storing your jewelry in the jewelry box.

The jewelry can be cleaned by using warm soapy water and dried with a paper towel or cotton cloth.
You can also use special liquid cleaner for silver (for jewelry with silver components) and gold cleaner (for 14k gold and 14k gold filled jewelry)

If your jewelry needs repair or renewing, please contact us for more details and instructions. For most cases we will charge a very small fee depending on the current condition of the jewelry. You will need to pay for both ways shipping. The average processing time is 1 week (excluding shipping).
