Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email info@hnicholsillustration for the best customer support. All sales are final unless they have arrived damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for inspecting their order upon arrival and informing us within 48 hours with any concerns. Please send photo evidence of damage to the package and its contents for us to best file a claim with the USPS.

If the item you purchased goes on sale within five days of you purchasing it, send us a message with your order number and you will be refunded the difference and the sale price will be honored.

If USPS tracking says "delivered" but it has not arrived, please contact me immediately. We recommend checking with your neighbors in case it was accidentally delivered to them. Additionally, USPS tracking can be off a few days, and it can arrive to your location shortly after. If your fear your item stolen, please contact us to learn about the appropriate procedure.

Shipping policies

**Orders with multiple like-sized prints will be packaged in a single plastic sleeve** If you would like them individually wrapped, the buyer must contact me prior to or directly after purchasing.

**PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT AND MESSAGE US ASAP IF CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE**. Mugs cannot be rerouted once PURCHASED. Buyers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or repurchasing items to have them reshipped to the new address. Buyers are responsible for reordering the items . Prints cannot be rerouted once they have shipped. Buyers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or repurchasing items to have them reshipped to the new address. ****We can no longer accommodate exceptions for this policy.*****

**YOUR ORDER MAY SHIP IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES IF THEY CONTAIN MUGS. Our mugs are sent from a location outside of our studio, so if orders contain prints and mugs, for example, you may receive them at different times. You will receive tracking for both.

**We do not accept orders addressed to third-party shipping services, PO Boxes, or temporary addresses. If we suspect your order is placed via any of the aforementioned methods, you will be contacted and your order will be refunded.

**We are not responsible for shipping charges involved in re-sending the package if items are marked "Return to Sender", and the buyer must wait for us to receive the original package back until we ship the items. In some cases, the post office may not leave the package if there is no safe space to do so. The post office leaves a note for the buyer instructing them to pick their items up at the post office. If they buyer does not pick up their items at the post office in time, they are shipped back to the sender.

**Once a package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for any problems or delays with the carrier (USPS). If you are having trouble, please contact us and we will advise you how to contact USPS support.

**If Etsy's shipping label generator notifies us of a problem with your address, we will notify you immediately and request address clarification. In order for you to receive your order quickly, we request that you get back to us in a timely manner. We are not responsible for shipping delays if we need address clarification.

**FRAMED PRINTS have a longer processing time than unframed prints (Please read item description for full details on our framed prints option). They leave our studio and are outsourced to our partners at Simply Framed in Florida, where they are professionally framed and processed and shipped in 2-3 weeks. Unframed prints typically ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted in our announcement section.

All orders shipped USPS unless otherwise indicated. H. Nichols Illustration is not responsible for any shipping delays experienced through the carrier once the package has shipped from our studios.

If you are having problems tracking your package please contact me directly. Orders that are suspected "lost" or "stolen" may be replaced after the USPS has conducted an investigation. Packages may be marked "signature required" by request for an additional fee.

All my products are packaged with great thought and care. Prints are mailed with corrugated cardboard, inserted in a photo mailer, and marked with a "DO NOT BEND" stamp. If your package or goods have arrived damaged, please send me a photograph of the damage to the item and its packaging and you will be issued a replacement.

US ORDERS for UNFRAMED PRINTS:
-Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail comes with a tracking number and insurance. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed.
-First Class Mail: USPS First Class (Standard) mail arrives 1-4 business days after processing. Priority mail arrives on an average of 1-2 days after processing depending on your location in the United States. Our business days are Mon-Fri.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: (All unframed prints are available for international delivery. Framed prints and mugs are not available for international delivery). International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Delivery time varies by location. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees determined by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; H. Nichols Illustration has no control over these charges, nor can H. Nichols Illustration predict what they may be. Shipments will not be marked as "gifts", in accordance with law, and purchase value is indicated on label.
