We hope that you will always be thrilled with your purchase from us, but if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to discuss a return.

We will offer refunds on purchases returned to us in original, unused condition.
(Please note that refunds exclude shipping costs.)

All items are shipped within 2-3 working days.

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged by us. Unframed posters will be flat packed between sturdy cardboard sheets and shipped in a padded shipping packet.

We use the South African Postal Service's Registered airmail freight. The average time for delivery is 10-14 working days (from date of shipping). Please be aware that in some rare cases and during the festive season (Nov-Jan) customs and mail processing can cause delays on orders for up to 8 weeks. Deadlines for Christmas orders will be posted in the shop notification over this period.

Please be aware that not all countries support end-to-end-tracking with South African tracking numbers. Please consult the lists below for countries that currently DO and DON'T track our parcels up to final delivery.

If there is no-one at your delivery address to sign for the parcel, your postal service may then leave a notice for you to collect from your nearest post office. Please ensure that you check with your country's postal service on how long they will hold the parcel before it is marked as uncollected and returned to me. If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or failure to collect, customers will need to pay for the re-shipping once it has been returned to us.

USA CUSTOMERS: Please keep this in mind when entering your delivery address. Addresses such as PO Boxes or where someone will be available during USPS delivery times are best.

**CUSTOMS DUTIES**

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country’s tax and import regulations. All such fees are the buyer’s responsibility. For any additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.
