I do not do refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If you receive an item that is damaged,notify me within 24 hours of receipt.
I will need pictures of damaged package BEFORE OPENED, otherwise I will not be able to file a claim or issue a refund.

Save all of the packaging as I will need all of this to file a claim.
No refunds will be given until the original item is returned to me.
Once item is marked as "delivered" by USPS tracking, unfortunately, I will not be able to issue a refund or exchange, as I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. I will not be held responsible for errors in address. Please check address before placing order.
Sometimes colors may vary ever so slightly due to different monitors. .
If the item's description indicates a specific size, no refunds or exchanges will be given for a sizing issue. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

You must contact me BEFORE returning any item for any reason. It should be sent back with shipment tracking so the item doesn't get lost.
