My Pretty Tutu's Boutique will not be held responsible for packages being lost, damage, stolen or delayed in delivery . Shipping method through USPS First Class Mail which takes 3-4 business days tracking and expected delivery date will be sent to you through via email. **Currently shipping out to US & Canada only **

CARE FOR YOUR TUTU/ TUTU DRESS:
When receiving your Tutu make sure to finger-comb, shake to remove all twisting, crumpling from shipping.

You can also spray tutu using a spray bottle with 50/50 water & fabric softener and hang dry to detangle tutu.. Spot clean only or take to drycleaners for professional cleaning.
