Handwash only- swill with warm water to clean. Avoid soaking, scrubbing and rubbing dry. Do not put them in a dishwasher

Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply. We are closed from 4pm each day and shut over the weekends and U.K. public holidays. We will always reply as soon as possible.

The production time on all orders is 14 business days. Shipping times are dependent on your location and shipping method selected.

U.K. shipping times 3-5 business days

EU/Ireland shipping times 1-2 weeks

Rest of the World shipping times 1-6 weeks (depending on custom delays)

We understand how stressful it is planning a wedding and want to make your experience as stress free as possible. We offer 2 rush order options for orders needed urgently which include upgraded shipping.

These can be found at checkout under shipping. Select the drop down arrow and you have a choice of;
UK- 3-5 business days rush/1-2 business day PLUS 1st class shipping

Outside the UK- 3-5 business day rush/1-2 business day rush PLUS Express Shipping. A telephone number Is required for the express shipping option. Express shipping aims to deliver with 3-5 business days.

If you missed the upgrade option when ordering but require your items sooner, please send us a message via our etsy with your order number, the rush order option you would like and we will set up a custom order with the additional charges.
Payment is required on receipt of the custom order to avoid any further delays in the production and shipping of your order

To add a name or date to your item please include this in the note to seller box at checkout. If you have any specific requests please include these in the note to seller box along with the personalisation details. i.e. date you need the item by

Of course you can. Please just message us via etsy with your requirements (including all the personalisation details), we can set up a custom order for you. Please be aware, this may alter your original dispatch date for your original order, however you will be informed of your new dispatch date before receiving your custom order.

If your original order has already been dispatched, you will be required to place a separate order with the additional postage costs.

If you change your mind about your order before the production has started, we will happily cancel your order and refund you in full. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products and everything being personalised, if production has started on your order we are unable to offer a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of a change of mind.

If your item doesn't involve personalisation and can be resold we will happily refund. Please message us at the earliest point to discuss your options

We have a strict quality control system in place whilst orders are being packaged, and we package everything very securely. However, in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or faulty or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of both the item and the packaging. This is so we are able to assess the damage and how it occurred. Pictures will be used for making a claim with Royal Mail.
