Description

Thank you for your interest in our A1, A2 or DIY table plan from our popular 'Alexandria' range.

These Table Plans are handmade and decorated to match our Alexandria invitations. Each plan can hold a maximum of 10 tables plus top table per A2 plan and 12 tables plus top table per A1 plan. Additional tables will need to be purchased separately.

Each list is mounted on pearlescent card, with lace effect paper and satin ribbon finished with a pearl embellishment. Ribbon colour can be chosen from the drop down list (Primary Colour) or from the chart shown in the photo gallery.

If you prefer, individual table plan pieces can be purchased for your own board or mirror. If this option is your preferred choice, please ensure that I am provided with the board/glass size of your intended table plan so I can ensure pieces are made to fit.

Plans can take up to 4 weeks to be made and delivered so please bear this in mind when ordering.

The names for the plan will need to be provided no later than 2 weeks before the wedding date otherwise the plan may not be ready in time. Names can be emailed to me at canidoyouafavour [!at] gmail.com
I will then send proofs to be checked and agreed before printing. Please check your email frequently as a delay in approval could result in a delay in dispatch.

Shipping is via courier for full table plans due to size and will usually take 1-3 days after dispatch to arrive. Individual pieces will be sent via Special Delivery.

Please message me with personalised information for items such as hangers and tags. For invitations you can email the information to me at canidoyouafavour@gmail.com and I will return proofs as soon as possible.

If personalisation details are not received within 7 days of the order being placed, it may be cancelled and refunded.

If you require a custom listing based on a current listing then please message me with your requirements and I will get a custom listing created for you .
Yes, proofs will be emailed to you for invitations, save the dates and table plans.

If you have contacted me via email PDF proofs will be sent otherwise screen shots will be sent to you via Etsy messaging.
Yes we are happy to ship worldwide. Please get in contact with your country and rough order so I can estimate weight to ensure an accurate courier quote can be obtained.

Shipping is from the UK and can take 1-2 weeks to European countries and 2-3 weeks to the USA and other parts of the world.
This is a guide and delivery could be quicker or longer depending on customs. If items are required by a certain date please enquire about a faster delivery service but this will incur additional cost.
It it your responsibility to ensure your address is correct.
I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses as orders have to be posted to the address provided to comply with etsy and PayPal rules.
If you realise your address is incorrect and you paid by card, please message me as proof in a message is evidence enough for me to remain covered should there be an issue with delivery.
If PayPal was used to pay, you'll have to request the order be cancelled, change your address on PayPal and repurchase.
Once shipped however, there is nothing I can do and any items lost will have to be repurchased. If the item is returned to me, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the postage cost for resending the item.
If the item is faulty/damaged it will need to be returned in the condition it arrived. Return postage will be refunded upon receipt. We recommend sending by a tracked service and getting proof of postage paid.

If the item isn't to your liking but is personalised, the item will need to be returned at the buyers cost and either exchanged or changed by us to suit. If additional costs are incurred, the buyer is responsible for these. No refunds will be given on personalised items.
If you mark your item as a gift this does NOT mean it will come gift wrapped.

We do not currently offer this service. It will not be marked as a gift on customs forms either as by doing this we would be committing fraud.
ORDERING PROCESS FOR LARGER ORDERS
For larger orders a custom listing will need to be requested by messaging us via Etsy.
In order to create the listing, the following information will be required:
*Invitation style/Name
*Number of invitations required
*Colour scheme, including card, ribbon and glitter colour (if appropriate)
*Embellishment choice of different to original design
*Anything required in addition to what is included with the invitation (eg Guest’s names typed, additional inserts, rsvp card set etc)
*Your location for postage costs
Once the listing has been created you, you should receive a notification with a clickable link. Add the listing to your basket and checkout. Please make sure you read the item description.

Once paid for please send the personalisation details for your invitation so I can produce a proof for approval. Details can be sent via Etsy message or email if preferred canidoyouafavour@gmail.com

***PLEASE NOTE larger orders can take up to 8 weeks to be made and dispatched, shipping time from the UK will depend on order size and location but shouldn’t take more than 3 working days within the UK and 5-7 working days outside of the UK.***
Please make sure you choose the appropriate postage option for your order:
*Standard delivery is 2nd class postage via Royal Mail who AIM to deliver in 2-3 working days including Saturdays in most areas (sometimes can be longer and is not guaranteed)

*1st class postage via Royal Mail who AIM to deliver the next working day including Saturday in most areas (sometimes can be longer and is not guaranteed)

*Special Delivery via Royal Mail which is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after dispatch and will require someone to receive the package and a signature

*International orders will be sent via International Standard postage which doesn’t include tracking. Orders may take 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer, to reach their destination.
