Description

Heck Sauce is a cayenne-garlic sauce which has been heat-enhanced with chemically concentrated capsaicin from Naga Vipers and Trinidad Scorpions. This is a delicious sauce, not a tasteless pepper extract. But it's incredibly hot, with a Scoville heat unit (SHU) rating of 1,760,000. Our goal was to make the hottest possible *food*, not create another tasteless additive.

You can read the history of Heck Sauce here: http://purescience.com/the-pursuit-of-the-hottest-possible-food

Heck Sauce is being taken to the commercial market by a retail tycoon, and you can now buy the retail product on Amazon. Just search for Heck Sauce on the Amazon website.

We still have a lot left from our original project, so we will keep this listing going until they are sold out.

NOTE: Only 4 oz jars are available.

Ingredients:

* Cayenne red peppers (for flavor)
* Vinegar
* Capsaicin extracted from various dried peppers (the hot part)
* Water
* Salt as a preservative so that no refrigeration is required
* Garlic powder (for flavor)

No refrigeration is necessary, but keeping it in the refrigerator will keep the product fresher and hotter for a longer period of time.
