For a refund, just return the item in new condition and, once received, we will gladly refund your money less shipping.

We send all packages via USPS Priority or First Class Domestic or International mail.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: we charge exactly what it costs us to ship your items. International First Class includes guaranteed tracking up until the point the item leaves the United States. Sometimes we're able to see status within the destination country, but depending upon which one it is, it's not guaranteed. We can not be responsible for nor will we reship items lost in the mail or held up in customs. Once an order has left the United States, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact their country's Postal Service for assistance locating their item if it has not arrived. International customers are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY: If you have selected the wrong shipping address or need to make a change to the shipping address, send us a message letting us know as soon as possible.
