A thorough pleasure! I was promptly notified when the program shipped and unexpectedly refunded savings on the shipping costs (thanks very much!). It arrived as described and in excellent condition. It was packed absolutely befitting of a piece of history, safely within a plastic sleeve, protected by sturdy cardboard, and wrapped in a charming personal note that added unexpected context to that history.
