1940s Bell and Howell Diplomat 16mm Projector Design 173 Model A

This is a fantastic looking machine.

It would look great on display.

It comes in a very nice wood case with supports that fit the projector perfectly.

The projector motor and bulb both work.

Please note - The bulb in this machine is likely to be nearly 70 years old may be fragile.
I cannot guarantee it will work after being shipped.
I highly suggest replacing the bulb if you intend to use this machine. The motor gets quite hot as well.

I believe the plastic looking parts are actually Bakelite.

The take-up reel is included as well.

Other than two minor scuffs, this machine is in excellent condition.

The case has a textured coating and is made of painted wood.

The top opens and the front folds down. Very interesting design.

It is lined with burgundy corduroy material and features metal art deco adornments on the front and back.

It has the number "16" and the Bell & Howell Shield on the door.

This is a fantastic find and any collector or decorator would be proud to own it.

Thank you for shopping Well Wud Ja Look At That.
