Description

This is the first Coach Binocular Bag we have had the pleasure to list. The Coach pre-orderly creed states that it was made in the United States, has the raised letter 'Leatherware' logo and has registration number 101-8026 stamped on it. According to the Coach experts, the raised Leatherware Logo means it was made in the Coach New York City Factory even though the creed does not state it was made in New York City.

This bags unusual design will let those in the room around you that you have an individual style all of your own. This is a medium size bag with enough room to handle your normal carrying needs for business or pleasure. It has a 44 inch adjustable leather strap that most people can wear crossbody. It has what Coach called a double top flap opening with a brass springlock closure which is a closure Coach used for a limited time in the early 90s in place of the turnlock on some bags. It has an interior zipper pocket where you can store your wallet, phone and keys.

Dimensions:

Length: 9.5 inches
Height: 8.25 inches
Width: 4 inches

It was available in the following colors: Black, British Tan, Burgundy, Forrest Green, Mahogany, Navy, Red, Tabac. We would be happy to show you our vintage catalog on request.

Condition:

This bag is in very good condition. It has no rips, tears or holes. [ However, there is a small nick in the strap which is not large enough to compromise the structural integrity. See photo 8] All hardware works as intended and it is structurally sound. However, this bag shows signs of use over time in the form of scuffing and scratching on the exterior, especially on the bottom piping. [These can be reduced in appearance with a product known as Leather CPR available at Amazon.] It also has some red spots on the inside at the bottom. Please see photos for best depiction of condition.

IT'S THE REAL THING PLEDGE. If we sell it, it's the real thing. We guarantee it's the real thing or you get your money back including your delivery costs we this pledge:

GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC OR ALL MONEY BACK. We understand there are counterfeits and knockoffs of vintage products by well known manufacturers for sale all over the internet and in other market places. We use multiple procedures to assure the products we sell are authentic. One procedure we use is to research authenticity through vintage manufacturer catalogs and to report our research in the listing. Sometimes we include a snippet from the catalog to corroborate our research and educate you about the history of the bag. The purpose of reporting what the manufacturer says about its product in the catalog is to verify our research on the authenticity and to educate you about how a vintage product was portrayed in the past. It is not intended to hold our shop out as a representative of the manufacturer. However, if it turns out we are wrong or our research is not correct we guarantee that if we sell you a product represented to be manufactured by a reputable company like Coach, Cole Haan, Ghurka, Filson, Christian Dior, Hartmann, Gucci, or any other company and you have competent evidence that the product is not authentic we will refund your purchase price and delivery cost. In addition, we will pay for return postage.
