Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Nun&Noot accepts payments through Credit Card or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. Nun&Noot will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.

If you are having issues with any aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Returns & exchanges

Domestic Orders (within Canada):
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can return it within seven days from the day you received it in its original condition and packaging. We will return the money to your PayPal account, not including shipping costs, once the items arrives back.

International Orders (outside Canada):
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any international order. Due to insurance policies from mail couriers once the international order leaves Canada, it is the buyer and the buyer's couriers who are responsible.

Custom Orders:
Items with a custom inscription cannot be refunded. We will replace it with an identical item if it is defective or broken.

Orders Returned to Sender:
Regular Orders returned to sender due to unforeseen circumstances can be refunded upon arrival back, minus the cost of shipment and any additional costs, such as customs/brokerage, etc. If the buyer wishes us to resend the order to the same or different address, we will ask to cover additional shipment costs prior to re-sending.

For any other problems please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution.

Please notice, items should be sent back using regular or registered mail ONLY. We cannot accept any courier delivery services, as they require paying customs and brokerage.

It is very important to us that you feel completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping policies

All orders will ship within 1-3 weeks from the date of payment.

All packages will be sent via Canada Post. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via priority mail, unless noted otherwise. Please notify us prior to making the purchase, if first class mail is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy or PayPal, please contact us prior to payment. If the Etsy and PayPal addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Nun&Noot will send the order to the address provided through Etsy.
