Alcoholism, Mental Illness, Addiction and Abuse are equal opportunity destroyers. We are survivors and recovering addicts here to tell our stories in hopes to help others who think that help is not there. We all come from different backgrounds but we have found each other through recovery. Our stories will disclose in a general way what we used to be like, what happened, and what we are like now. We are by no means professionals in the field of recovery we are not licensed  counselors, what we have to offer is much more important than you can learn from books and college... we are speaking from experience, from one in recovery to another...
