The jewelry is beautiful. The original one I bought, the style was very large for my ears. I didn’t understand how big they would be, but Ilona worked with me to exchange them for a smaller pair with just the teardrop. I needed it to match a necklace my fiancé gave to me, intending to wear it for our wedding. And it does! I was also able to use the difference in price as a credit for a bracelet that would match too. I am very pleased! Thank you!

These earrings are gorgeous - both online and in person. They are genuine Swarovski crystals (documentation included in shipment) and have a perfect balance for chandelier earrings. Large enough to be noticed but not so large to create discomfort or look awkward. I plan to wear them for my wedding and simply can't wait. These earrings may also help anyone who might have been struggling with "something blue". Also, top marks for the outstanding customer service. The seller is very quick in responding to messages as well as shipping the product out after order placement. 10 stars if I could!
