In post World War II Japan, origami cranes have become a symbol of and wish for world peace. It is said that anyone who folds 1,000 of these cranes will be granted one wish. This letterpress card, featuring an image of three origami paper cranes on a string is sure to send a message of peace, good wishes and hope anytime of year.

Each Twin Ravens Press card is created by hand using a combination of photopolymer plates, lead type and hand-mixed inks on an old-fashioned Chandler & Price letterpress. These cards are printed on Crane's 100% cotton, tree-free paper, for an environmentally-friendly impression you can see and feel!

Listing includes 1 A2 String of Cranes Card (4.25"x5.5") with a coordinating violet envelope in a clear acrylic sleeve. Each card is blank on the inside for your own personal greeting.

These cards also come in sets of 6 or sets of 12. This card design also comes in two color combinations: one is green-copper-red and the other is chartreuse-orange-light blue. Check my other listings or convo me for details!

I have more of these cards than the quantity currently listed, if you would like to purchase more than what's available on etsy, please contact me. I would be more than happy to set up an individual listing just for you.
