REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES:

Customer satisifaction is our top priority for this reason we aim to follow strictly the deadlines for creation. However, in case a client does not give us his/her measurements together with the submission of an order, we reserve the right to delay the costume as long as possible until we get the measurements since we can not finish our work without them.

We aim to satisfy the expectations of my customers and make them happy.
If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can opt for full refund within 3 calendar days after receiving the product.

CUSTOM made products (costumes and items made to custom sizes, explicitly required in the item's description) are non refundable..

If an item is qualified for return, You will receive full or partial refund of the price of the product, less the initial shipping cost depending on the product type and case. The initial shipping cost is NON-refundable.
The product should be in perfect condition, without stains or scratches. It should be packed in its original packaging, with all labels ofn it (if there were any).
The buyer has to pay the return shipping cost.
You will receive full refund of the product price after we have received the item and ONLY in case its condition corresponds to the criteria described above.


REFUNDS if you have received the product:

You will receive 100% refund if you have received wrong product.

We do not accept returns or reclammations on custom made products. This also applies for products which have been created with different materials, selected by the customer - in different colors, or in the same one, but made from different fabric- to the ones used in the original listing. REFUNDS for COSTUMES and DRESSES


The refund is 100% for regular products such as masks, tabards, gloves. (1-2 products in one standard size, without personalization) only if we have made a mistake in the creation. Refunds are applicable ONLY on standard sized products such as masks, tabards, gloves.

We do NOT accept returns and refunds on custom orders (for full costumes, bulk orders - (3 items or more ),full costumes with customizations and custom combinations of the costume parts, costumes made to custom measurements; this applies to all garments and costumes + dresses ,boots or shoes made with special requirements, custom size, extra accessories, different colors, etc. )

Damaged products:

If you receive a damaged product, please,claim it to the courier immediately and contact us so we can resolve the situation - if the courier reimbursement covers the product costs, we will either create and ship another product, or we will give you partial compensation after we make our inspection on the case. We can not be held responsible for transport damages, which are out of our control. The reimbursement for such cases depends on the carrier company. Partytask has no liability for the amount of reimbursement the carrier will give to the client.

CANCELATIONS are accepted only within 2 hours after the order submission in the same day of the order. Once we have started crafting, cancellations will NOT be accepted.

NB! For costumes and custom made items: if we have bought all the materials and started the creation- NO refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

If it has been manufactured exactly as you asked, but you don’t need it for some reason, or you have used it once and you want to get your money back we WILL NOT accept the return.

If we have made a mistake and have not followed your requirements, then you will either receive the corresponding compensation, or we will create another product for you immediately at our expense.

If you have given wrong measurements for clothing/costumes, we won't accept returns and you can not expect a refund.

We don't accept returns on stop sale products, no matter of the type of sizing - standard, or custom. We do not accept cancellations for payment plans.


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card via Pay Pal, within a certain amount of days.

NB: All refunds will be paid via Pay Pal

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE items, or items with special DISCOUNTS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DEFERRED PAYMENT PLANS - in interval of 2 weeks
We ship products paid with deferred payment plans only after we have received 100% of the amount due. We start working on the item after 50% of the amount due has been paid. With the first payments we buy fabrics and we schedule the item for creation. After 50% have been covered we start working on the costume portion by portion until the next payment. If the client has delayed the payment, we are not responsible for the turnaround time if it gets exceeded, since the client has delayed the payment.
We do NOT issue refunds on any product/items paid in installments. The installments are NON REFUNDABLE. For example, if the client has paid 1 or 2 of the installments and decides to cancel the order before he has paid the full amount, we will not issue a refund, because we have already guarded a spot for creation and invested the finances in cuttings and materials.

EXCHANGES and REMAKES
We only replace items if they have been sent defective or damaged by us. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof for the defective item at partytask.marketing@gmail.com and then we will send you the next steps. If a client has provided us with wrong measurements, or missing/confusing ones he undertakes to cover all the shipping and labour expenses.

Any deadlines for delivery need to be communicated prior to order submission. We are not liable for any delays of the carriers or damages during transport, since these factors are out of our control.
