All my items come beautifully and carefully wrapped. Sometimes I re-use packaging to help our environment. If you mark your item as a gift I will ensure all packaging is new.

If a product requires a digital proof and a customer is unable to contact me regarding the approval, I will dispatch the product on it's designated dispatch date in good faith that the customer was happy with the design and did not require a second proof.

No home printing here. Each stationery item is professionally laser printed to the highest standards.

My wooden and acrylic items are produced on a laser cutter. Because of the high quality of the equipment scorching of the wood is minimal. Some scorching can occur and I feel that this gives a wonderfully authentic feel. It smells pretty nice too!

Wedding stationery takes up to eight weeks through the proof approval process to manufacture. If you have left things later than planned then please get in touch and I'll see what I can do to accommodate a swifter dispatch.

Typically I use Royal Mail which takes around five days but can sometimes take up to two weeks to reach North America from the UK.
