All of my items were carefully hand sculpted by me using high quality polymer clay. Therefore, no molds were used in my creations. They should not be worn in water and are delicate material. These are very unique and not easy to find everywhere.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me as soon as possible, prior to leaving feedback. I will do my very best to resolve the situation. I want all of my customers to be happy!

If you unfortunately find an issue with your item, we can discuss and try to work out an agreement. Please send me a message and include a picture of the item that you received, in the condition that you received it. If there is damage from shipping, please do indicate this in your message and picture of the damaged item(s). Returns must be made within 7 days (1 week) from the time that your item was delivered. You must contact me prior to returning the item with your reason and desire for a return. Item(s) must be in unworn and original condition. Once received, I will issue a refund.

❤I cannot accept returns or issue any refunds on any custom orders or used items. Additionally, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. I can only do a full refund on the item price, excluding shipping.❤

All terms of a return also apply to exchanges. The item(s) must be returned to me within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery. You must contact me prior to sending your item back, at which time an item for exchange will be agreed upon. I will also need a picture of the item that is being returned, along with a reason for why the item is being exchanged. The value of the item that you choose to exchange must be equal to your original purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

I cannot accept returns on an item
that's been received after 7 days or for unreasonable reasons, such as item looked slightly different than the picture or I didn't want to spend the money. All of my handmade items will vary slightly in appearance, as I do not use molds in my creations. I try my best to replicate my items to look as close to the pictures as possible, but there will be slight variations. Color differences may also occur due to different monitor settings. I will not accept a return for buyer's remorse (such as changing your mind, wishing you hadn't spent money, etc). Other reasons returns will not be accepted would be for not caring for an item properly, thus causing damage or the item to break. All of my items must be worn with care since they are handmade. I do my best to assure that items are carefully made with the highest quality of care and stand behind my work 100%. It is important to take good care of your item to ensure long lasting enjoyment.

❤JEWELRY CARE❤
To keep your cuties from not getting damaged and having them last for years, they should be stored out of direct sunlight and avoid being dropped on hard surfaces. Findings will tarnish over time and may be gently polished with a soft cloth, but never cleaned with harsh chemicals. Items should also not be worn while in the shower, pool, bathtub, working out, washing hands or dishes, etc. Please be sure not to bump your delicate rings on hard surfaces to avoid breaking or damaging them. I will not send a replacement if this happens, as it is out of my control.

All of the items I ship will be shipped as USPS First-Class Mail & USPS First-Class International Mail. Your items will be shipped in 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. A shipment notification will be sent to your e-mail.

U.S. Shipping

Items will be received within 2-5 business days for domestic shipment.

International Shipping

Items will be received within 1-4 weeks for international shipment. Please note that by purchasing an item and having it shipped internationally (outside of the U.S.), you agree to pay all customs charges associated with accepting your package. SprinkleCake cannot be held responsible for any charges you may incur and has no way of predicting such charges.
