I am happy to create a custom order for you if you can't find what you're looking for in my listed items! I charge a $20 design fee due to the extra time it takes to design and make proofs for you. The design fee will be added to the price of your sign when your listing is available for you to checkout. I will create digital mockups for you to look over within 48 business hours of order placement. After the initial proofs are sent , I will continue to edit your design until you are happy.

Once you receive your proofs please look them over carefully before you approve your design. Your approval is final.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. Orders are placed immediately into production. I am not always able to get to messages before it has been put into production.

I do not accept returns or refunds. Each piece is made custom for each order. The customer is responsible for ordering correctly. This includes (but not limited to) color choices and spelling (for personalized orders).

Please keep in mind that my signs are made from REAL wood. I believe it allows each piece to be a truly individual work of art, so no two pieces will be exactly alike. I do not make any attempt to exactly sand or replicate a previous sign. I do not accept returned signs for any reason based on distressing patterns.

Most items ship within 5-10 business days unless otherwise specified. Custom pieces ship out in 1-2 weeks. You will receive an e-mail when your package has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Items through USPS Priority mail which has a 1-3 day shipping time depending on where you live.
PLEASE verify your shipping address! If your address is incorrect and your package is sent back,YOU will be responsible for paying the shipping amount again if you would like your order resent to you.
NotSoSouthernGirl cant be responsible for undelivered/damaged items, or transit times which are all the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem I will need pictures of item and box to file a claim.

All of my signs are distressed. Each sign will be hand distressed individually, therefore please keep in mind that each sign will be different! That's the beauty of handmade! You always know you're truly receiving a one-of-a-kind piece. It is impossible to make an exact duplicate of a sign.
My signs are rustic so there may be knots and imperfections in the wood. We believe this adds beauty and makes each one unique.

Also, each sign is carefully made by hand and no two signs are exactly alike.

*Please keep in mind that due to different monitor calibrations the color of the product may vary slightly from the picture shown. I will do my very best to make sure its the same or as close as possible.
