In the event that the item arrives damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service and ship out a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please retain the damaged contents in case further inspection may be required by the shipping provider.

We understand that this can be frustrating but unfortunately we cannot control the external circumstances of the shipping process and will not be held responsible.

If the item is generic (non-personalized) and is available to ship ASAP, we will ship the new item, especially if it is a time-sensitive item. Please keep in mind, however, that you'll be charged again for shipping since it was not our mistake and we pay for shipping through USPS or FedEx.

Of course! We will do our best to accommodate you with an ADDITIONAL FEE. Please message us directly with the exact date of when you will be needing the item(s) by.

We will provide ONE complimentary proof of your requested design and up to TWO adjustments before your final approval. Additional proofs will be charged $5 per proof.

If for some reason you are unhappy with the designs and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $10 cancellation fee.

Personalized items:
Unfortunately, all custom orders are FINAL SALE. This is due to the custom nature of our products and the extra time and effort that are required. We appreciate your understanding!

NON-personalized items:
We would be happy to accommodate returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and ship back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that the item(s) must be unused and undamaged and that you are responsible for the cost related to return shipping.
