Size charts are available for each listing. If there is not one in the uploaded photos please contact me and I will provide one and add it to the listing. Please ask if unsure of sizing, as I can not take a return on a custom item.

Many tops offered here at KK made have the option for a ladies fit or a unisex fit. Ladies fit runs smaller and tighter, and unisex fit is looser. Ladies v necks are also lower cut than the unisex. Please see each individual size chart for specifics. Ladies fit does run small so size up at least once. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR WRONG SIZE ORDERED.
NO RETURNS on custom items, unless a mistake is made by the shop. If a mistake is made contact shop and a prepaid label will be sent.
Incorrect items are required to be returned before shipping correct ones. Please note, sizing issues do not constitute a mistake on the shop's part, as size charts are available upon request. Returns/Refunds/ order issues must be requested within 48 hours of order delivery. ALL SALES FINAL.
I have a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks to ship out. If you need something by a specific date, please message me first and include the date you need it in the notes to seller section at checkout. I HIGHLY suggest choosing priority shipping at checkout!
Almost all orders are custom made just for you. I can not exchange or refund an order based on size issues, as sizing charts for everything are available upon request. I am working on updating listings with size charts on the listing itself but if you need a size chart please message me before you order.
I absolutely take custom orders! Please send me a message and we can discuss the item you are wanting. Note: After we decide what it is you are wanting I will set up a custom listing for you, once the listing is purchased I will then send you a mock up of the design in my software. No mock ups will be sent without purchase of the listing first. After your approval of the design, no changes can be made.
Due to the custom nature of my items if a cancellation to an order needs to be done a request should be made within 5 hours of order placement. After 5 hours no cancellation requests can be honored, as I do work as quickly as possible to gather supplies needed for each order. If I have already started gathering supplies for your order needing to be cancelled, a restocking fee may apply.
Each item is made to order. The shop can only guarantee when an order can leave here. Shipping times are determined by USPS. Shop highly suggests upgrading shipping to priority at checkout. 20% restocking fee will be charged if ordering after the cutoff and then cancelling due to timing.
