Description

Add a little humor to your kitchen or give as a gift! These white cotton kitchen towels are sure to be a hit. Towels are 28"x28", with a hanging loop. Comes in eight varieties. Towel is white, saying and/or picture is black vinyl.

Please specify at checkout what style you'd like. While these towels are fully capable of cleaning up messes and drying dishes, their main purpose is decoration. These look great hanging on a hook or oven.

Due to the custom nature of my items I typically do not offer refunds unless there is an error on my part. If you have a problem with your purchase please message me and I will try my best to right any wrong!

Shipping policies

I ship via USPS, tracking and insurance included. At this time, my processing time is AT LEAST 1-2 weeks. Please note that during the holidays my turnaround time does change. If you need an order by a certain date you can message me and I will see what I can do. Please do not assume that because you order before a holiday that you will receive your order by the holiday.

Regarding incorrect shipping address- I ship to whatever address is provided to me unless you specify that you want your order shipped to your Mom, uncle, friend etc. If you have provided Etsy with the WRONG address and it is delivered to the WRONG address then I am afraid that you will have to reorder on your own dime. If the package is sent back to me then I will send it to the CORRECT address, again on your dime. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, I am sorry and hope that you understand. As a small business I simply couldn't afford it.

Regarding lost packages- if your tracking information says "delivered" and you do not have your order in your possession, please double check your porch, mailbox, front and back doors and with your neighbors before contacting me. Also, your post office and/or mail carrier. If you still do not have it then I will have to file a claim with USPS. Once I have been refunded by USPS I will either make you a new order or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. I will not give a refund until I have been refunded by USPS.
