All items are Handmade to each and every order we do not carry any stock.
If you decide you would like to return the item you have purchased you may do so, ( postage costs will not be returnable)
Please make sure these are returned in the original condition and wrapped carefully in tissue paper to prevent damage, any items arrived back to me damaged will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
For smaller metal and crystal items, such as forehead bands and combs, I will refund or exchange them if they are found unsuitable.
Please do not wear items for hair trials where hair products will be used, any items worn for trials will be non refundable and classed as worn.
Side tiaras and headband are only refundable if they are in the original silver metal headband ( items where you do not specify your individual hair colour choice or had any customisation than the plain silver metal band )
All items arrive tagged please do not remove this until you are happy with your purchase un tagged items will not be refunded.
Please keep the original packaging.

You must notify me within 5 days of receiving the item to start a returns process.
I will then give you a returns address and require you to send this back within 7 days after the process has started using a trackable or signed for service, please obtain your proof of postage.
Once this is back to me in its original packaging and quality checked ( no hairspray residue and still tagged)
All items will arrive with a tag, if this has been removed items will be non returnable.
Bespoke items made to your specification these items are non returnable.
Earrings are also non returnalble due to hygiene.

All items are inspected and quality checked before shipping .

If you are a customer of the EU you have a right to cancel your order within 10 calendar days from the day after you received your order. This does not include items that has been made to the customers specification ,
