Ordered this shirt on a Monday, hoping for a delivery before Thursday. I was leaving the country for 2 weeks to visit my family for Christmas and got this shirt for my grand-dad. All listings said "ships in 1 / 2 days" (lol, not true)- I live in Oregon and the factory states it ships from California. Should be quick, right? And even if it wouldn't arrive on time, I still thought it wouldn't be an issue returning it. It did arrive on Thursday- too late. Bad timing and that's something I was ready to accept when I made my purchase. It's just a shirt, right? What's making this whole thing very uncool from this seller is that they were making a false promise. I wasn't in the US and couldn't process the return. Customer service was cold and refused to accept my return cause I missed the return window. Thanks guys!!

You Contact Us on Jan. 9th,2018(15 days after receipt of item). Ships in 1-2 Days means we ship the item within 1-2 days after purchase. USPS takes 3-5 days to deliver item if First Class Delivery is used or 1-3 days to deliver if Priority Mail is used.
