Description

This is a reticello that is drawn onto borosilicate glass. This is a pattern that can be traced back to the Venetians.
The colors are made by mixing different metal oxides into glass leading to different effects (i.e. Opaque, Transparent, multicolored).
These colors can be pulled into thin strands and be drawn on glass in all sorts of patterns.
I use Borosilicate glass as my medium because of its resistance to shock and its strength, making my work durable.
