►ABOUT MONOGRAMS
For 3 letter a monogram - give us the letters in the order that you want them to appear on the backpack. We do not re-arrange letters. We will embroider them exactly as you give them to us. When in doubt check with us or give us the person's full name and we'll help you. A taller letter in the center of a monogram represents the person's last name and the order is first LAST middle. If all letters are shown in the same height the order is first middle last. Check the chart before ordering and be sure your monogram is in the correct order. When in doubt give us the full and and we'll help you.

All monograms are embroidered with state of the art embroidery machines to provide you with the highest quality results. We do not use heat press or vinyl. Everything we make is embroidered. Refer to the photo of the sample font style chart in each listing to see samples of the lettering font styles that are available. To see the full alphabet in any font style go to the link below. You may have to copy and paste it into your browser. This is an important step so we recommend you take the time to preview the full alphabet to ensure you are going to love what you select.

We embroider monograms exactly as you give them to us. We don't rearrange letters so be sure the letters are in correct monogram order. If you are unsure please ask before ordering. When looking at our sample font style chart If you see a taller letter in the center of a monogram that letter represents the person's last name and the order would be "first LAST middle". If all 3 letters are the same height the order is "first middle last". Give us the person's full name if you don't know the proper monogram order. The correct order will be determined by the font style you choose from our sample chart, not by the gender of the recipient.

Size charts are typically located in with the product photos. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions regarding the size of any item. Our bride and bridal party wedding shirts are men's oxfords. As such they will be over sized on most women. Smaller sizes are available upon request. Some items are unisex and run bigger for women. Please contact us before you order if you have any questions or if you need additional measurements. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. Be sure to check the sizing and ask questions before you order.

RUSH order - Get approval before you order. Please do not request a rush in your order instructions unless you've already received approval from us. We don't always see your instructions right away so if you do not get approval for a rush in advance your order may not arrive in time to meet your deadline.

Each item is customized and embroidered to your specifications upon ordering and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. If there is error on our part we will replace the item entirely at our expense. Please notify us of any issues with your order upon delivery so we can assist you. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please ask all questions before you order.

We ship USPS & UPS at our discretion and provide tracking & insurance. Your satisfaction is important to us so contact us immediately with any delivery issues. Provide a correct/complete shipping address with your order. Shipments returned for incorrect address provided by a customer will require added costs which are the customer's responsibility. The USPS advises to ship only to people currently registered to receive mail at a shipping address. Using someone's name who doesn't receive mail at the ship address can cause the order to be returned. We are not responsible for lost/delayed orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer. We will assist as best we can with recovery efforts if you make a shipping address error.

Yes! We are happy to provide up to 3 complimentary monogram proofs after an order is placed. Please request a proof in your instructions when you order. We do not provide a proof before an order is placed. If you request a proof we will email it to you here on Etsy. Once we email the proof you will need to email us back with an approval or a change request. Failure to do so may delay your order. Check your inbox if you've requested a proof. We only send a proof when requested by the customer.
