Europe, Australia and Switzerland: tracking number & insurance coverage. You need to track your package and check your emails for postal or customs instructions. You cannot refuse/return a package as it will be destroyed by customs, no Exception.

I work hard to process your orders asap. It is always possible to speed up delivery with the faster postal service, additional fees are applicable.

Canadians can purchase tracking number, since there is no flat rate offer by Canada Post, pls convo me with your postal code to verify the price of this option according to your province.

Each cake pull charms set requires a creative time, including calculations of cost price and sales price, creating of meanings file, a product listing. By offering pre-determined sets, I can sell them at a very competitive prices, but it is always possible to customize your cake pull, please contact me.

Meanings
You can choose among a list of meanings on one cardstock tag or 12 individual tags, not wedding card (cardstock paper = 65lb). The tags are made of homemade craft, thank you to consider this aspect when you buy the set with tags ;)

Yes, it is possible, just contact me with the cake pull style set, the ribbon color, the charms or keychains style, the meaning version (file or tag), the amount, the needed date and your zip code. I will get back to you with the price.

Yes, It is possible for some jewels or accessories to be personalize or modify, however, you must imperatively contact me before placing any order to have my approval. If however, a note is left to my attention before approval, the processing of the order will be automatically delayed to see if the request is feasible.

Note that all charms are manufactured by suppliers and that to customize the text minimum quantities are required, between 40 pcs -1000 pcs per style.
For lack of tools and machines, I do not offer handstamping or engraving. Thanks

Antique color: This means that a black patina was used to highlight certain aspects of jewelry and give an ancient look to the jewel. It is normal to see black effects on the jewelry.

Product Description: Most products have a size, material, color description. Pictures are slightly enlarged to show details, so it is important to read all sizes info and to look at all pictures :)

As my prices are low, I cannot be held responsible in case you lose one part or one of my jewelry or if you break it. I will be happy if I have the item in stock, to sell you another one, or even offer to repair it for free if it is possible, it is a case by case decision, but shipping fees are at your expense. I am a small individual business and only make small profits. Thank you for understanding.

Package returned
For USA and Canada only, in case a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address, I will re-send the package when buyer paid for the postage for re-shipping the package. In the case the buyer no longer wants the order, 20% restocking fees will be charged before issuing a refund + $7 of returning fees charged by the Post office to return me packages. Shipping fees are not refundable. No refund on custom order.

For International, No package will be returned to me in case of non-delivery, wrong address, refusal to accept the package. It will be destroyed, no exception. This is how the international postal service works, so please verify your delivery address, your emails from etsy , post office, custom.
