All items in my shop are for instant download. When purchased, the download link goes into the list of purchased items in your account and cannot be removed/returned. Meaning you will have access to it as long as you have an Etsy account.
Therefore, nothing is returnable/refundable.
PLEASE read the item description and ask any questions BEFORE you buy.

Please keep in mind, not all devices will show colors the same. If you order something ready to ship and you want to be sure of the color a please message me and I'll do what I can to provide you with an accurate representation.
If you want a custom order, I will discuss the specifics of your order with you, in detail, until you are satisfied and won't start work until then.
Once you are satisfied with the color as shown or described and agree, refunds based on color will not be accepted.

I do make custom cross stitch patterns upon request.
Send me a message and I will send you my email address. Email me the picture(s) you want converted and I will run them through my program.
Most pictures will work fine, but, occasionally, one just doesn't come out clear (usually pictures that are either very dark or mostly white/light. Everything just kind of runs together).
I will create the pattern and email you a screenshot and info on the size and number of colors. If you're happy with it, I'll create a custom listing and message the link to you.
If you're not happy, we can discuss it and try to figure something out.

If you are looking to purchase a pattern, which is an instant download, and you have ANY questions, PLEASE ask me first! Once you purchase the pattern, there are absolutely NO refunds.
I am happy to answer any questions, even if it means you decide not to purchase from me. I would much rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer!
