The Bailey Collar is guaranteed to keep your pup in high-style at home, on a walk or while out on the town! Created from soft, cotton plaid in three custom colors - Oatmeal, Granite Gray or Deep Harbor Gray - with trendy rose gold buckle and D-ring.

Personalizing Instructions:

Super easy!! Just pick your font from the listing photo that shows all of the fonts - tell us your pups name ( 10 characters max) - give us a phone number if you want ( 10 characters max) and we will get that done. Also don't forget to pick the personalizing option when ordering, if you pick "just collar" you will not get the personalizing.

*** we are unable to engrave XS - the buckle is only 1/2" ***

We now offer XX Small for little pups who want to look great!!! The XXS collar is only 1/2" thick with a tiny, but strong 1/2 rose gold buckle.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do offer refunds and exchanges but there is a $5.00 restocking fee for returns. For a return to be excepted the collar needs to be in it's original state and have no damage. You need to notify us within 14 days of delivery and the item needs to be shipped back within 30 days of you receiving the item to qualify for the refund.

We DO NOT offer any refunds on personalized items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

These collars are very strong. They are double stitched and the buckles are very sturdy.
If you do wash them we recommend a cold water wash but they have been tested in warm water wash and there has been no running of the color. We would also remind you that the face of the buckle can get scratched so some type of protection will extend the clean look of your collar.
We personally test these fabrics in the following ways;

1. We submerge the collar in water for two hours and do an extensive rub test on a clean white fabric.
2. We do a warm water wash with detergent and leave damp overnight wrapped in a white fabric.

None of these tests can produce even the tiniest traces of color! Having said that, please understand that factors beyond our control like , surface oils, shampoos, contaminated water and extensive periods of dampness could produce unwanted effects.

We always recommend that you don't leave a wet collar on your dogs neck!
Our products are made with quality materials that have been tested out on our own fur children ( Croz - is our white cavachon & Mavs - is our golden) as well as those of family and friends.
Our products are made to last, but are not indestructible. The metal hardware is a zinc alloy and is plated for the different colors. We are not responsible for the wear your pup puts on his/her collar.
Removing collars after activities is always the best way to extend the life of your purchase.
We have started to charge a $5.00 restocking fee on returns to help cover some expenses. Unfortunately with ETSY raising their commission and the USPS raising their rates we felt raising the cost to all customers was not the right thing to do. We also try to package our items in a nice branded box so it impresses. We will as always respond to any concerns you have about your purchase.
