If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please message us and we will gladly refund your item for the full amount excluding shipping.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged during the shipping process. All refunds must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the date received in order to receive a full refund. We will process and issue all refunds once we have received the item back for inspection.

Shipping policies

All of our signs are made to order and SHIP 3 WEEKS from the order date or the final approval date for custom orders. To avoid delays and additional shipping fees, please check that your USPS shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. We do not offer expedited production or shipping.

Ordering multiple signs? We combine your items for shipping whenever possible and refund you any excess shipping fees as soon as your order ships.

We ship all sign orders by USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days.
All apparel orders are shipped by the carrier of our choice.

Additional policies

Please note that our signs are recommended for INDOOR use only and hanging hardware is included with each sign purchase.


We are happy to customize your sign at no extra cost. Customization includes replacing the text with text of equal or close-to-equal length. We do not offer alternate fonts and we do not offer custom or altered graphics.

We are also happy to change the colors used on our signs. Please reference other colors used on signs throughout our shop.
Please leave your instructions in a "Note to Seller" at checkout - this way your instructions are included with your order.
We will provide a digital mock up of your custom sign via Etsy Convo after receiving your order. Please be sure to check your Etsy messages.
We do not start on your custom sign without your final approval. If we do not receive a reply after 7 days of sending your mock up we may cancel and refund your order.
Note: We do not provide mock-ups prior to purchase due to the design time invested.
Sorry but we do not offer expedited production or delivery services. We fill all orders in the order received.
