I designed and created this 40-card yoga deck to help others cultivate a Christ-centered yoga practice in the home, classroom, camp, community, or workshop setting.

The Postures of Prayer yoga deck is a powerful tool for ushering students of all ages into a time of full-body prayer as they learn to worship God with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength.

All art-work was prayerfully hand-cut near Asheville, North Carolina. With care for God's creation in mind, cards were printed in the United States on recycled paper containing 30% post-consumer recycled fiber.

I really like these. I love the suggested workouts included as well. The only thing I wish could be added is number cards for reps. So you’d end up with a sequence you want to work and then a number card of 2, 4, 6, or 8 to tell you how many reps for the sequence. Or using a number card after a holding pose for show many breaths. Otherwise these cards are great!
