If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 business days of receiving your item and we mutually agree upon the problem. Buyer remorse or failure to read the description completely are not reasons for returning an item.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost for items returned unless the item is received damaged or there was an obvious listing error.

I will refund original purchase price (minus any and all shipping fees - unless an obvious listing error has been made) upon return of item to us in original condition which it was shipped.

I will be charging a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for any reason other than items damaged during shipment or an obvious listing error has been made.

Damaged Items:

If the item is damaged during shipment, please take a pictures of the outside of the box showing the damage from different angles, Pictures of the the inner packaging, then pictures of the damaged item itself.

There are never too many pictures for insurance claims. You will be reimbursed for all costs via the source of your payment once the claim has been excepted. You may have to return the item to me or to the insurer so please keep the item until told otherwise.
