Shipping:
All orders are individually custom made after payment has been received. I ship using USPS mail. I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping. No refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item leaves our facility. Please review your shipping address BEFORE payment is submitted. I am required to ship to the address on your transaction.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, the production time is usually 1-5 business days but can be UP TO 2 weeks during busier times of the year. **PLEASE refer to the shop heading for current production schedule times or send a message if you want to double check the processing time for a specific product.

USPS recommends allowing up to 5-7 business days for you to receive your order after we send it out, depending on the shipping method you choose. If you need your order sooner than this time frame you may choose to add "rush" fee to your order and/or upgrade your shipping speed in the cart before checking out.

Etsy's Delivery Estimates:
At this time Etsy's cart system is calculating very lean estimates. This can get confusing but bear with me. If our processing time is set at 3-5 business days and your order is due to ship via USPS Priority mail (that is usually 2-3 business days transit) then Etsy will tell you that your order *could* be estimated to arrive within 5 business days from your order date because they use our minimum of 3 days combined with the USPS minimum of 2 days to calculate 5 business days. Did you catch that? We tell Etsy to give us up to 5 business days to get the order completed and they tell you to expect your order to be delivered in as little as 5 business days. Further, Etsy's cart system is not set up to account for USPS holiday closures or delays during transit. Therefore, it's strongly recommend you allow up to 10 business days (or 2 full weeks) for your order to arrive to you. If you need your order in hand before 10 business days/14 calendar days/2 weeks please message us before ordering and we can discuss how to make it happen.

What form of payment do you accept?

-Can you rush my order?
RUSH orders will be processed 3 'calendar days' from the date of your order and will be shipped RUSH - Priority mail. If your order is to be rushed please add the RUSH FEE to your cart before you check out.

-How soon will my order ship?
I personally hand craft each and every order. -Can I cancel my order?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products your order cannot be cancelled. Often times I will start your order immediately or I will order the supplies to complete your order within minutes after your order is placed to ensure there are no delays in production being held up waiting on supplies to arrive.

-I don't like this font. Can you redo this?
No. I cannot redo or remake your items based on your font regrets. Removing the embroidery would leave holes in your item and damage it.

-You monogrammed this wrong. I thought you'd know the order I wanted the letters in. Can you redo this?
No. ALL orders will be monogrammed ExAcTLy aS TyPeD in your order notes. If you have questions about your personalization requests I ask that you message me before ordering. Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will NOT be offered for your errors in monogramming instructions. Removing the embroidery would leave holes in your item and damage it.

-The color of the thread/ribbon/fabric doesn't look like what I thought it would or match something else I have here. Can I send it back?
No. It is almost impossible to match a specific color between thread/fabric/ribbon or other textiles when they are purchased from different suppliers. We make every effort to ensure colors do match however, will not guarantee it. Additionally, orders placed separately for "like color" items may not match perfectly, due to variances in dye lots. For example, if you order a coral hat this year and want to order coral hat next year we cannot guarantee that the hats will match 100% since the fabric the hats are made from came from 2 different bolts even though it's considered by the manufacturer to be the same exact color. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that a bow we make for you will match 100% to a article of clothing you have at home.

-Do you ship Internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship to addresses that USPS considers domestic.

-What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products we do not offer returns unless there was a error in your order on our part. Review your monogramming instructions for personalized items BEFORE your order is placed. ALL orders will be monogrammed ExAcTLy aS TyPeD in your order notes. Do you offer wholesale of your items:
All items are for personal use only. You may not use my items for commercial, resale, or wholesale purposes, with or without a profit. You may not place images of my work on your website, blog, etc for personal use, commercial use, or promotion of your own company without written permission from me. If permissions is granted, you must credit me and link visitors to my shop. Red Elephant Clothing retains the copyright to all photos unless otherwise specified.
