Damaged orders: If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must message photos of the damage to assess if a replacement is necessary. Buyers might be charged a partial replacement or shipping fee.

Missing orders: If an order does not arrive after 2 weeks of the shipping date, please message me after 2 weeks have passed. If the order was shipped to an incorrect address that the buyer entered during checkout, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of a second replacement order.

Returning orders: If a duplicate order arrives along with the original order, the buyer is responsible to either A) buy the replacement order at a discount or B) cover the return shipping of one of the orders.
